Basic Financial Policy:
Patients pay at the time of service.
We bill your insurance company for you and we help advise you if you need to follow-up unpaid or underpaid claims
Most insurance companies reimburse our patients for most of our services. We are, by choice, non-contracted providers. Speak to your physician or the office manager for details.
Medicare, Medicaid, and some severely limited HMO policies do not cover our services. A very small number of Medicare-related policies may cover - talk to your physician or the office manager for details.
For litigated cases or work injuries, see below.

Auto Accident/Personal Injury
We are willing to work with cases that involve automobile accidents or other personal injuries.
Auto Med Pay
Auto Med Pay is health insurance associated with many but not all auto insurance policies. It most commonly provides for $2,000 or $5,000 of coverage for each person in a given auto accident. We would need to know if there is auto med pay on your own policy, the policy of another person who owns the car, a policy of a member of your household, or the policy of a person that was driving you as a passanger. We would also need to know the amount of med pay on the policy and the amount available. If available med pay coverage is confirmed, we are willing to bill the med pay and accept that as payment, up to the amount available. You are, of course, ultimately responsible for your bill.
No Med Pay/After Med Pay Is Exhausted
You are responsible at the time of service for charges beyond what all available med pay policies cover. In some select cases, particularly if we are familiar with your attorney, we may agree to await settlement of your case for payment. You are, of course, ultimately responsible for your bill.
