As you may have noticed, I’ve been producing a series of educational videos to help you know more about the many structures inside the various joint areas of your body. Like the other areas, the knees have more in them than you may be aware of. These many parts in and around the knee need to be examined and imaged to make a more thorough and effective plan for repair with PRP Stem Cell Therapy. You might be surprised at how little inquiry other doctors give to the detailed status of these many structural parts that comprise the knee – it is, after all, a fast paced, time-crunched medical system. Most doctors will hope for short-cuts to their conclusion about your knees. You should know better. This video just introduces some of the variety and complexity in this joint area. Watch. Learn. Know yourself. Know your body. Be in charge.

Sylvia Williams was planning to retire from the Los Alamos Lab. She wanted to be more active in her retirement, but knee pain was in her way. Watch her tell you what she did about it.

Today
By Billy Collins

If ever there were a spring day so perfect,
so uplifted by a warm intermittent breeze
that it made you want to throw
open all the windows in the house

I can listen to the following song over and over. The name of the cut is Sea of Stars, by Sherry Finzer and Mark Holland, on the album Flute Flight.

I finish today’s communication with you by sharing some more of what I see in this Springtime.
