The last newsletter was entitled “An artist’s hands”. I’ll continue the artist theme today.

Bob Ebendorf has long been an icon of the world of jewelry and metalsmithing. The Smithsonian has honored him with a major show of his work. He is in the National Metalsmiths Hall of Fame. His work is in the permanent collections of the Metropolitain, the Smithsonian, and other museums. He has received Lifetime Achievement awards, and numerous other honors. Watch his heartfelt story of shoulder repair here at NMPM:

Almost exactly 22 years ago, I helped my son Jonas make a music video as part of my home schooling him through high school. Now, his daughter Audra is in high school and she shot much of the footage in the below music video from the Farmers’ Market.

Some other artists that I enjoy are the musicians who play at the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market. Down below, at the end of this newsletter, see some of the musicians I’ve added to my project of fine art portraits of farmers.
