As her knee started to get better through part of our course of PRP Stem Cell Joint Repair, Barbara Johnson gave herself a personal goal: walk five kilometers with 10 family members at a charity 5k Santa Claus Run in Las Vegas in 2019. Her knee got better and she was able to participate in and complete this fun family event with her children and grandchildren.

Some of you will remember Tea for the Tillerman, a then well known 1970 album by Cat Stevens. In 1977, he converted to Islam, changed his name to Yusuf, and auctioned off all of his guitars for charity. In 2006 he returned to pop music, was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2014, and in 2020 he reimagined and rerecorded the entire Tea for the Tillerman 2 album, 50 years after the original. The album opens with this song, Where do the children play?:

When I was young, my father told me I had my head in the clouds. As evidenced by my photographs, my head is still in the clouds.
