For many people, one particular exercise activity can be SO, SO important, so needed by both body and mind. I had some fun finding water related music to accompany this Swimming themed newsletter.

This is my favorite performance of Claude Debussy’s Reflections on the Water. This performance by Thomas Richner is particularly rich and deep.

Here is an obscure one. Tunde Jegede is trained in Western classical music as well as African classical music. On a now hard to get CD series called Trance Planet, is his Song of the Waterfall.

90’s rocker and diva Annie Lennox produced an album called Nostalgia, with older songs, including the 1933 I cover the waterfront.

I wanted to take some water themed photographs for this water themed newsletter. However, it has been bone-dry here in Santa Fe. I lean into that to give you my photos of dried up pieces of wood. I hope you can appreciate their beauty.
